Update System Issues - Remote Access

As a matter of an update.
The issue relating to remote access problems has been identified..
Zscaler (our cloud enterprise security provider) experienced issue across the majority of their European datacentres. They have found the source of the issue and have now resolved it. Exertis IT will continue to monitor and contact our affected users to confirm that normal access has been restored.
